Hi,
I have 3 fields in my table that gives me the date, day, month, and year, and I want to merge to have only 1 field in my report.
Thanks !

I assume you errantly listed date as a field of choice as I would suggest using that one
What type of fields are the day, month and year - numeric or text?

Dear Linda,
Most of the time i do the following:
create a formula by your own and place it in your report.
field1&'-'&field2&'-'&field3
outcome will be:
01 12 2009 01-12-2009
when you export it to excel and check the format it will recognize as date.
(assuming the fields are numeric)

if these are text fields:
date(
{table.dayfield}+"/"+{table.monthfield}+"/"+{table.yearfield
})
if these are numeric fields:
date(totext(
{table.dayfield},0)+"/"+totext({table.monthfield},0)+"/"+totext({table.yearfield},0
,""))
