hi,

thanks for your replies.

Unfortunately, i forgot to mention that my bar chart is "stacked". Each bar is divided into 4 sections. Each of the 4 sections can have a possible value of:

YESGOOD
NOGOOD
YESBAD
NOBAD

I developed the stacked chart by creating the formula {fieldyesno}+{fieldgoodbad} and placing the formula in the 'onchangeof' field in the chart expert.

The problem i am having is that even if a bar is divided in 3, a 0 is displayed on the bar aswell which corresponds to the 4th sections count.

Im wondering how to get rid of these zero's (aswell as the zeros at the base of the chart (on the x axis))?

cheers

j

You have four categories

YES-Good
No-Good
Yes-Bad
No-Bad

If any of these are zero, they will show up in the chart.  Crystal Reports does not have an option to "only chart if the value is greater than 0."  Instead, what you can do is create a second set of Formulas that says

If "Yes-Good" > 0 then "Yes-Good2"

Then, base your chart on the second set of formulas, which will ALWAYS have values.
