Hi,
I have an issue where i have written a report which produces goods receipt labels, but our database stores the goods receipt info as one record, ie.
Product Code Quantity
ABC1 2 ABC2 3 ABC4 259 ...etc
So because it is one record when i run the label report each product code is only showing once on the report rather than the number of times as is required (the number of labels required is the quantity)
Is there a way to get crystal to display the records a number of times based on the value in the Quantity field?

Not that I am aware of.
Crystal only sees the number of records that exist in the dataset. You can create multiples by joining a table to itself (hilfy has answered posts like this) or if the number of labels is determined from some other table (say orders) then you can join the tables together and get multiple records, or if you use a stored procedure, you could manipulate the data to give duplicate records...but with only 1 record I don't know of a way to make Crystal report it multiple times.
