We work with a product called Sage X3 it comes standard with invoices that print on A4 sheets.

We are moving the client to pre-printed paper, when we set the paper lenght (printer and faxes, print server options) which is a bit smaller the report footer does'nt print. the Oki printer feeds correctly and everything looks fine except for the report footer. What can the problem be. we've played around with all the settings imaginable to no avail. any help will be appreciated.

It does not print the whole section. if we do not select the paper size the section prints halfway through on the next page.

I have the same problem with the client's  statement Pre Printed Paper. But here we put the totals and aging in the group footer (print at bottom of page selected) so that it will print all the details and the totals for each customer. but as soon as we select the paper size it cuts of the group footer. if we keep it on the defualt paper size (A4) then it prints on the next page!

The only way i can bypass this is to move the totals to the report footer and count the detail lines with a formula and start a new page after 14 lines.
But then I can print one customer at a time, and there is over 600.

Is there a way to add empty detail lines to the section.
For example:
There must be always be 13 lines in the detail section. If there is only 7 records, a formula or something must add 6 blank records so that the details section must always be the same size. If there is more than 13 records I got it to go to a new page but when it is less, the group footer moves up and my report looks like a mess on the preprinted paper.

Hope you understand what I mean

Or even beter, is there a way to give the details section a fixed height?

Problem sorted. it turns out the Software from which the report runs messes around with the paper sizes. When we run the report from out side the software it works great.
