Hi -

I am tasked to create a report that shows all visitors that have been in a facility between specific dates range (June, 20-July 18). What I need is to display all records that have null values in a field called leftDT based on the specified time range.

Could you please tell me how you do that in Crystal?

Thanks.

 assuming you want this for june to july 2008 and it hard coded (not selected at run time) and your beging and end date range points to the same date field...

in the Select Expert add:
{table.datefield} in cdate(#6/20/2008#) to cdate(#7/08/2008#) and IsNull({table.leftDT})

If they point to different date fields:
{table.datefield_Start}=>cdate(#6/20/2008#) and {table.datefield_End}=<(#7/08/2008#) and IsNull({table.leftDT})

If they need to enter ranges at run time you need to use parameters.
