Topic: Millseconds from Midnight

Hello,
I'm trying to convert a time stamp that is the number of milliseconds from midnight.
I was able to extract hours (and round down) minutes (and round down) and then used the CTime(HH,MM,SS) formula. Was there an easier way?
Example:
1498801 = 4:09am
1822082 = 5:03am

Might have tried DateDiff using seconds, set a start time of 0 and then your value / 1000.
Just a thought, might not work, but it is what I would have tried.
Hope it helps
