Hi,
I have created several running totals all of which summarize different fields and use a formula.  How do i add the different Running totals together to create a group total? I am using Crystal XI
Many thanks

I think it would be easier to create another running total that totals everything in the group.  Seems that would be easier than trying to figure out how to sum your running totals.

Hi
Each of my running totals has a different variable - i  summarize different fields and  have a formula to narrow the result down further -
e.g: Running total "customers"

Field Summarized : Customers
Use Formula: {@Expired Data} = "Live" -  //  the expired data is an if statement between dates.
On Change of Group: Report group - // the report group is a group that is in the report and an if statement

 - now i have done running totals for clients and total revenue but the field i have summarized is different for each!

I have created a formula to add these running totals up - which seems to work - but now i wish to create a graph and can't access the formula that i have created!
Help!
Ouch
