I have a database field (Comments) that has the CanGrow property set to True. The field can contain test with embedded cr/lf characters. I then have a subreport under that field. All works fine if the Comments field above the subreport only has one line. If it is multiline, that field overwrites the subreport. Is there a way to have the subreport move down if the Comments field grows?

I am using Visual Studio 2008 and the Crystal Reports that comes with it.

Just add a section under the section where the comment field is and place the sub report there. Example:
Header1a- comment field
Headed1b- subreport
