You can convert a report into a mailing labels right-clicking on the Details section and selecting Section Expert (might be called something else in CR 8). On the right side, at the bottom, you'll see a checkbox called 'Format Groups with multiple columns'. Check this and then a new tab appears at the top where you can enter the size of the mailing labels.
