Hi,

i am working on Crystal Reports X. I get the data from sql server 2005. I have a column in the Database For   that has couple of values and this field has to be passed as a parameter to the Sub Report. Even though this column has multiple values, the sub report is showing only one value.

Could you please help me resolving this problem.

Thank you,

Pendyala

Hi

The problem is with subreport linking right click the subreport Select Change Subreport Links

In fields to Link to

Select the Parameter field instead of database field...

Hi Rahul,

Thanks for the Reply.

I am using the Field from the Database. I am not creating any paramter field. Do you want me to create a parameter field and use it to link to the Sub Report.

I will try this logic and see if it works.

Thank you,

Sri.

Hi
What you can try is create a formula if you don't want to use parameters in the formula use the code below

{table.fieldname} like '*'

then in subreport links link the formula field  to the  field in subreport.
