I am assuming that no data does not mean that it is null or 0, but that the record does not exist.  If you connect to the tables directly, Crystal does an inner join.  If the record doesn't exist, there is nothing to join on, so there is no record and no way to create one.

 

If I off base, let me know.  If it is just a null value, then if you use a stored proc update its value to 0(zero) or if you connect directly set the option (File, Options, Reporting(tab)) 'Convert Database nulls values to Default' to checked.
