i have an excel spread sheet containing registration niumbers of cars which some do not contain letters eg-

T998JVR show up in my report and all details relating to this vehicle

11097 doesn't show and is blank but the details shows up

this spread sheet is linked to crystal XI

Hi,
 
In the meantime you can try this,Select the column for registration numbers then format cells and select the format as text.save the file and run the report again
 
let me know if it works.
