The export to Word can be problematic if you need to have exact formatting (most of the exports are!) This is because Crystal doesn't provide any control over how things are exported - you get what they give you. This has been one of the complaints about Crystal for years.
If setting the margin under Page Setup doesn' t give you what you need, there's no other way to do it.

I have some trouble to set paper size crystal report x via vb 6.
crRpt.SetUserPaperSize 3.67 * 254, 9.60 * 254
but output in the height value (3.67 inch) is not work, the size height did'nt work if height value < 4 inch.
I try to set in control panel => Printer & Fax => set server property and i create my user paper size with name "billform" and size is width=9.3 inch and height 3.67 inch. But same with coding in vb 6, my define user paper size with name "billform" is not identification in epson lq-2180 paper choise.
