Hi
windows 2003 server
2 servers, one running the app and the other running the mssql database
 
Please can somebody explain what the following lines mean in the job log located in c:\program files\Crystal Descision\Enterprise 10\Logging we have experienced thousdands of these.
 
Timestamp ProcessID ThreadID Message
[Tue Sep 30 15:20:37 2008] 4600 4596 assert failure: (Y:\backend\CMS\CMS\subsysmgr.cpp:167). (i.GetObject()->GetPropString( WP_SI_SERVER_NAME_N, serverName ) : no message).
[Tue Sep 30 15:20:56 2008] 4600 5132 assert failure: (Y:\backend\CMS\SchedulerSubsystem\ScheduleThread.cpp:2827). (0 : no message).
[Tue Sep 30 15:21:14 2008] 4600 5132 assert failure: (Y:\backend\CMS\SchedulerSubsystem\ScheduleThread.cpp:2827). (0 : no message).

Assert failures are essentially debug code.  If you're not experiencing any problems with your system, I would ignore them.
