Hi, I have a problem in a report where the source database has only one record, but the CR is displaying it twice.  When I browse the data fields, the record is correctly listed only once.  This only happens with this one record -- all the others display only once.  Can anybody help me understand why this happens and how I can avoid it?  Thanks for any help you can give me.

My guess is that it is because of how your tables are linked as they're brought into CR.  If you have a single record in one table, and that table is linked to another with 2 records (that match the ID number for the single record in the first table), that will show up in CR as 2 records.
That's my guess to what is happening.

I think like DJester
you can check the join between the two tables

Thanks guys.  That was it.  It was picking up an extra record in a join.
