If I understand you correctly, you want the Report footer on a separate page with no Page Header or Page Footer, correct?

Suppressing the last Header is not too difficult, but there may be an issue with the Page Footer.

1.  Right-click in the gray area to the left of the window where the sections are defined and select Section Expert.
2.  Select the Page Header section.
3.  Click on the button to the right of "Suppress (No Drill-Down)" and enter:
"OnLastRecord".  Then click on "Save and Close".
4.  Do step 3 for the Page Footer section.
5.  Select the Report Footer section and turn on "New Page Before".

Possible problems:
- If the last page before the report footer contains only the last record, you may not get a page header.
- Because the last page before the report footer contains the last record, you probably won't ever get a page footer for that page.

Hilfy,

Many thanks for your commnets, however, when I place the "OnLastRecord" in the suppress area I get told there is an error in the formula.

Are you including the quotes?  They should NOT be there.  If not, what is the error that you're given?
