Hi,
How to set a message to a parameter incase if the user didn't enter any value to the parameter while executing the report.

Ex: I have a parameter P_date for which user select the value from the calendar. Incase user forgot to select the date value from the calendar and hit the run then it has to pop a message a user saying " Please enter the value" . after enter the date filed then only the report has to execute.

Please advice..

Thanks.

You can't do this directly in Crystal.  If you're running the report through another application, that application would have to make sure that the date is entered.
