I've solved the problem by placing :
Formula A
Shared stringVar x;
stringVar x := ","+{column_name}+ ""+stringVar x;
within Details section (suppress) and hidden formula:
Formula B
shared stringvar x;
stringvar x;
The output would be : Cancel, Refuse, Agree,
To get rid of the last ',' mark; make another formula to be point to Formula B:
Formula C
Dim Line As String
Dim Len As Number
Len = Len (addressLine)
formula = Mid ((Line),2)
Place the Formula C in Group Footer.
