Crystal Reports How to display the First Record of the sorted data

Message

        I have to display the First record from the sorted data in the crystal reports.
Acutally the thing is :  i have lotsa dates available in the Database from which i av to take the oldest date, which i planned to get by first sorting the dates in ascending order and picking the first date as the oldest date.

There are Representatives who have lotsa activities for which there is a date_of_completion. so i hve to display the oldest date of completion for each and every Representative listed in the report. the output will kinda look like this :

If the solution i decided wont work out welll, then can anyone suggest me any easier way to get that ouput.....
