Hi,
I have Crystal Report with some SQL Command, the SQL take about 20-30 sec to run, I modified the sql a bit (still returns the same fields and few less rows of data)and now the Reading Records takes forever. Before Reading Records was fast and now it 100x slower.
Does anyone know what could be causing the problem?

It'salmost impossible to answer this question without having access to your database and seeing the before/after SQL statements.
Filtering and linking on indexed fields is important. You also have to be careful of joining a many-to-many link and producing a cartesian result.
