ok, I put in the sanity check, and it is in fact only putting a "1" for each person even if it's the 2nd occurrence of that person.
That seems to imply that the array isn't being kept for each record... doesn't it?
Does it matter that this report has grouping? is there any chance the array could be lost between each group?

Hmm. Did you test to see what the array's output was? Oh, and incidentally, there is a bit missing in that part of the code. The last instance of TotArray should have [ followed by i followed by ]. Obviously, the forum interpreted that as code for italics. Anybody happen to know the escape character for the forum?
I may need to build a similar report myself, and see if I can troubleshoot the problem.
