I believe this information is available in the "How to Work with SAP Crystal Reports in SAP Business One" document that's available somewhere on http://help.sap.com. You probably have to have an S-ID in order to access it.

We use {?DocKey@} Token in PLD for SAP Marketing document.
What would be the token if we use default Business Partner Ledger,

1. Token for CardCode
2. Token for FromDocDate and toDocDate.

I want to view customer ledger from business partner master data. and want to preview the report directly without any parameter. current cardcode and date should be used for parameters automatically.

Can any expert guide me.

For dynamic parameters I normally create a command to just bring back the values necessary, thus in your case only active employees. For me, it is usually a very simple SQL statement.

I have a report that pulls Employee Performance Records using a dynamic parameter updating on employeeid allowing the end users to select the employee or employees that they wish to review.

After 10+ years we have reached the maximum number of record capability for a dynamic parameter to display.

Is there a way to restrict the list of a dynamic parameter in Crystal Reports?

I see option two to be creating a new table that is more fine tuned for active employees but I am hoping to avoid some of that complexity.

If there is an approach I am not considering I would appreciate the feedback.

Thanks

I sorted my stored proc by datetime asc. I also have a text month (i.e. label format "Jan 2016") formula field for each datetime field on the record. In the line chart in the chart expert I use the formatted field but order that field in "original order". It kept the labels in the original datetime order so "jan 2017" came after "jan 2016... dec 2016"
