Ordered the Book

Hi,

I have ordered the book (Vol 2 .net2005/2008) from Amazon and I am looking forward to reading it. It has shipped, but I have not received it.

Is there any way for me to obtain the sample code in advance ? I will be happy to provide order documentation.
