csv export - how to remove suppressed records

I'm trying to export a report in csv format but it's including blank rows for the group records I've suppressed.

Does anyone know any solutions?

The export works fine for PDF and Excel but not CSV.
I've selected 'Isolate Group sections' on the export screen. That eliminates duplicate rows but still includes the suppressed rows.

I would try suppressing that section though the section expert with the same conditions as your field suppression.

I found that for CSV export, suppressing the section didn't work. I ultimately had to filter out records so they were not in the report.
