Number to word function

Hi,
Does anyone can help? I have difficulties on changing number to word for example :
100 -> One Hundred
110 -> One HUndred and ten
2500 -> Two Thousand Five Hundred

does the word can be changed into another language?
I need an option for the user to choose the language..
