Only show groups with more then one detail

Hello,
I'm working on a report grouped by Date and then grouped by client. In my details section for Client, I have listed all the appointments they had that day.

Is there a way to filter and show only the Group Clients that had more then one appointment?

insert a count of any field at the client group level and do a group select where that summary > 1
