We are unable to open a report built with version 9, in version 14. The report in question has 12 subreports, all other reports built in 9 seem to open fine. Can anyone help?

From the version number you posted, it looks like you have Crystal 2013 SP7. Is that correct?
Does the report open in Crystal 9? If so, do you have a copy of Crystal XI or 2008 that you could try opening it in? If not, you could email it to me and I could try it in a couple of the earlier versions. You can get my email address on the bottom-right of my website.
