We are using BMC Remedy 7. Powers that be have chosen BMC Analytics. proeviously we've been using CR9 against Remedy 5 databases. The Remedy 7 implementation includes a cutdown Business Objects universe. Can I use a version of Crystal Reports, 11 or 2008, against the universe, and how do I select this as a data source?

You can use a universe if you also are using BusinessObjects Enterprise or (possibly...) the new version of Crystal Enterprise (limited version of the full BOE.) If you don't have either of these, you will not be able to connect to the universe.
