I have a very frustrating issue ---- when exporting to PDF - every font size is reduced to an ulmost undecipherable size!  I can increase the font size in the report design but that means every field overlaps and is extremely difficult to work with.

I have drawn table on crystal report like following using the squre boxes.

It looks good in crystal report viewer. But in PDF it get disturbs.

I am having Windows application and .Net 2003. I am using Crystal report version 10.

Can anybody plz help me out ?

Thanks,
Sam

One thing about exporting to PDF is that page margins are fixed. You can try to make a report without margins. Probably this report cannot be printed from CR Viewer (depending on your printer), but it may have impact on your pdf export.

Another thing to consider is if you have the report set to No Printer. This formats the report so that it can be best viewed in a variety of formats and optimize the output.

Another thing to research is that a while back I saw a KB article on the Business Objects site about a registry entry that effects problems with font sizes and exporting. I don't have the link, but do a search in the KB to see if you can find it.
