I am designing a monthly budget monitoring report. Trouble is the numbers are not based on a calendar month, but rather a period of performance.

The period is from the 13th of a month until the 12th of the next month. I have a date time field to key off of, but I am not sure how to go about building a formula to look at that field and determine if it meets that criteria and return a true . false.
