Hello - I'm trying to create a Running total formula but it doesn't seem to work.

I had evaluate on the group policy and rest on policy as well but it didn't seem to work.

Current Data:
       Policy   Agent     Sal
GH(Policy)
D       123      Abat     30
D       123       Cgit    20
D       123       Dnit    5
D       123       Abat    30
D       123       Cgit    20
D       123       Abat    30
GF(Policy)

Output needed:

GF(Policy) 123   Abat    55

So the report is grouped by Policy, but you want it also to show a total for just one Agent?  Or do you need a total for each Agent (second grouping)?

GF(Policy) 123 Abat 55
GF(Policy) 123 Cgit 40
GF(Policy) 123 Dnit 5

Hi

Create a second group on Agent, and right click on sale and go in Insert -- summary -- select group 2

Then drag Group -- Agent -- summary on 2nd group footer.

Now you need to suppress details to display agent wise information.

Thanks,
Sastry

I do not want to create another group. Want to show everything on the Policy Group Footer. How can we achieve that using running totals?

if you were willing to sort by agent you might be able to use an on change of the agent field as a condition and reset on the group field
