I have a Crystal report with parameters for Begin Date and End Date. The main report will only display a section of data based from another parameter for the person system ID number entered there.

My sub report will show the total data for all employees combined from the same department the person is from in the main report. So, how can I get my sub report to only display the department data based on the department the person from the main report is from?

So, the report begins with summarized data and graphs for the selected employee only. Then it will be followed by the department wide data which includes ALL employees in his/her department.

You'll need to have the person's department in the main report. Use that value to link to the department in the subreport to get all of the people in that same department.
