I haven't worked with cross tabs much, so I don't know of the following is possible. I want to average each column but I need to exclude certain values. For example, my columns are dates and each row is an assessment.

Situation 1: exclude the lowest 2 scores from the average. Situation 2: exclude certain assessments based on some flag.

Can this be done?

Thanks in advance.
Lauren

I am not sure. My gut reaction is no.

the only possible way that comes to mind is to have a formula and use that value in the cross tabs. I don't know if you can exclude them completely.

Cross tabs is not my forte either...it's an idea
