Help please :/

The report I'm working with has two sub reports inserted at the group level. The report contains several fields that have a large amount of text to display. When exporting it to excel there are several blank rows displaying between the desired data. For the fields that contain large about of text I have it set to can grow. I have aligned the field label and field with the same width.

Is there any tricks to eliminate the extra rows?
