I am giving a little background detail to help make sense of the end result.

The report is based on a questionair. There are 5 sections to the questionnaire with questions numbers starting at 1 ... All questions are yes/no type.

Example:
Section 1
Question 1 - 5 (Want to see only No's)

Section 2
Question 1-24 (want to see only No's

Section 3
Question 1 -5 (want to see only Yes's)

One line of data per user, so the results will be displayed horizontally.

Is there a way to create a formula that will return one result per column when a No or Yes result for a section/question is found (as explained above), then move to the next column to continue the 'pass' to retrieve the next result that meets the criteria and so on until it completes the pass?

Something similar to
If Section Header = '1' and Section Questions = '1' and Answer = 'No' then report result in column then proceed to the next section of formula and when the criteria is met report that result in the next column.
