If I use your formula: if {Status}="Completed" then {Sequence_No} else 0 - I can't get the result I want, because #50 became 0 since it has a released status.
So I changed the formula to:
if Previous({Status})="Completed" then {Sequence_No} else 0
Once I changed this formula, it became unable to summarize.

previous and next functions cannot be summarized.
In you example you want #50 to be 0.
we want the highest completed item.
once we have that we can add the value of 1 (or perhaps you go by 10's) to that and it will be the 'next item' to do.
IN the below example you would have 40 as the max value. Add 10 to it and you get 50.
use that as your suppression formula
max(formula,jobid)+10 <> sequence
Whenever that is TRUE it will suppress essentially hiding sequences 10,20,30,40,60

It worked!!! But then it created a different problem. The steps there we suppressed in your formula is showing blank lines. How do I get rid of all that blank lines??
