I am wondering if there is a way to combine multiple data values into a single field separated by commas or even just another way to conserve space.

I am wanting to find a way where the stolen property field isn’t so spread out. I know that part of my problem is the stacking of the two fields for officer and approving officer but I don’t have any other way to fit it all in. Is there a possible was to use a formula to combine all of the data in the stolen property field and maybe separate the values by comma?
