Hi Actually in my crystal report i am having two group for example State and City and i am displaying count of each group so sometimes my only my count moves to next page which didnt look good so can we have at least one record to move forward to next page if only my count is displaying in next page

For Example

Page : 1

State : Gujurat

City :Vadodara

EmployeeFirstName                   EmployeeLastName

Virender                                        Mehta

Happy                                             Mehta

Page 2

Employee Count For Vadodara : 2

So here if there is not enough space in page 1 my employee count moves to next page so can we have some logic that instead of moving employee count on next page if it there is no space in page 1 we can should move one record forward to next page so it look good

from page 1 to employee name happy this thing in detail section.
if yes than in section expert -> check keep together option

insort you above data should be in one section if not than check keep toghether for all section and try it.

IMO the section expert 'keep together' option will not work for what you want. I think you need to keep a group together. IF so
go into your group expert,
select the 'city group'
select options
select options tab
select 'keep group together'

This will work if the entire group can fit on one page

this can leave large amounts of blank space on the prior page.
Other things to consider are using the 'repeat group header on each page' option
or
a trick to use a detail a and b or gf a and b section that uses underlay following sections on a. You can set the height of the section a to 2 'two rows' and set it to 'keep together'.
This is a way to make sure yo never leave just one row of a group to fall onto the next page, it always moves 2 rows.
