Hi,

I Just create a report taking few tables, one of the field of the table is varchar with 500 size long (it is sybase DB). And it is contain of remarks information.
In order of formula requirement so I create a formula and take the field, But the problem is the field is not appear so I can't select it into my formula.
Please tell me why and the solution of the problem..

Check the data by putting a substr on the field to display the maximum characters. If its not displaying more than 256, then it might be the limitation on the version of crystal report you are using.
