Hi,

I'm creating a Purchase Order form and want to add an additional page for the terms and conditions.

BUT!!!!

I want the page header to NOT to appear on this last page. i still want to appear if the PO has multiple pages.

You can try the following...
 
Right click on PH and select [Section Expert].
Click on the Suppress formula box and enter
 
PageNumber = TotalPageCount and PageNumber <> 1
 
This will hide the PH on the last page. The second part is to make sure the PH is showing if your report has one page only.
