I am new to crystal reports and have been requested to make a change to a canned report. It is from the software app called Meeting Room Manager.

One of the reports in Meeting Room Manager needs to be updated so that they see all days of the week across the top row, regardless if there is a reservation in that room. They also want to see each room listed for that resource as a row.

I know that I need to add a table that has all the dates for the calendar year but not sure how to do that and join that table to the report.

How would change it to show all the rooms listed as a row, if the rooms do not have a reservation attached to them?

You have to outer join the calendar table to your reservations table and use the select of dates against the calendar table (not the reservations table) and also use grouping or crosstab columns on the calendar table date field.
he exact specifics are hard to say as I don't really know your data structure.
