Hi there, I hope someone can help - I have a report but since adding in some text an additiional page will print - this is even shown in the preview in Crystal.

The extra page is not blank - all it shows is all the Page headers and footers as if it was an extra page but it does not show the contents of Group Headers.

The text has no formulas or supression in it, and it has been placed in a footer.

There has also been no changes to the document apart from adding this in

Any suggestions

usually caused by a 'new page after' check off on a section inside the section expert.
also adding the text could have expanded the section just enough to push a portion of the footer over to the next page. (I assume you have group headers set to repeat on eadch page).

Well it may be easier if i explain a bit more - the document is a quote, and the group footers contain the data from the database inc lines and boxes, and yes these will repeat should it be more than one page long.

if you do not have them hiden the sectionson the left habd side of the preview will often give you the best clues as to exactly what is being printed. I am not sure what you want to do about the issue? If your data is at all dynamic thre is no guarantee that fixing it right now will not have it reappear when the data changes. If it is static, try shrinking the height a header by a tiny amount to see if that fixes teh small amount being pushed to the next page.
