Hi All,

I am new to Crystal Reporting.

Recently we have upgraded Business Objects Product: 11.5 to Product: 12.1.0(i.e., BIEK Version = 2.1.0.13 to BIEK Version = 3.3.0.2)

One of my reports which was working in old version of CMC is showing blank in new version.

The report is having a stored procedure populating temporary tables. And Stored Procedure is called in main report and temporary tables are used in Sub Reports.

Report Works Fine When I use below Database Configuration

a. 'Use custom database logon information specified here.'

b. Use default table prefix

But if I change the second option Default Table Prefix to 'Specify a custom table prefix' it does not show result.

When I run my report from Application (J2EE application) it is automatically take to 'Specify a custom table prefix' - So from application it is failing always.

Could you please suggest how to fix this.

Thanks

Giri

Hi all,

I haven't resolved this issue yet...

More details to above description..

The report is having 4 sub reports.

Main report executes a procedure and populates 4 temporary tables.

Sub reports are using those temporary tables.

I doubt temporary tables are not returning data.

I tried to use Live Tables to debug, but the Report was throwing error “Failed to retrieve data : ORA-08103’

Thanks
