hi am remo new 2 this group, anybody help me, wen am using more than 2 tables to add report itz link makes problem...if i clear all links some info wont c in report,,, ink between tables r imp..? plz reply soon

This is a bit tough without seeing the tables and links you are talking about. In general, the links that Crystal Reports creates are typically not accurate. It has to 'guess' at what you want are trying to do. So what you can do is first clear all the links to reset it. Then create new links between the fields that should be linked together. That way you have control over how the tables are joined.

thanx 4 ur reply.... U mean i ve 2 clear link 1st den create it manually? is it necessary every table should b conneted? am using XML.... i ve 1 more doubt , This formula is nt working, dont knw is it correct or not

({TradeNetMessage.TotCustomDutyAmt} + {TradeNetMessage.TotGST} + {TradeNetMessage.TotAmtPaid} + {TradeNetMessage.TotCustomDutyAmt});

result of this is  onli combaining all values not sum.
