New to the forum, and pretty new to Crystal also.  Using CR2008.

How can I force single-sided printing? We're preparing payment advices which are mailed out to separate customers.  Tests show that they are printing front-and-back.  Or is there a Windows Server 2003 answer I should be looking at?

This has to do with the settings for the user's default printer.  There is no way in Crystal to include printer escape codes - this needs to be handled by configuring the printer options when the report is printed.

I was afraid this was going to be the answer, thanks.  Now I'll have to study up on per-job printer control.

Are you grouping the report and are you having an issue with some reports being 1 page and others being 2 pages but a 2 page report printing on the back of the 1 page previous report?

The nature of the printstream is two-sided. We're printing payment advices which will be sent one-per-customer. The problem is having customer #2's advice printed on the backside of customer #1, etc....  This was the software vendor's "as delivered" format. Trying to resolve with limited Crystal experience.
