Crystal Reports Non negative number required.Parameter name: count

Message

   Getting eror message when trying to take crystal reports  print from .Net 1.1 version. 
Below is the error message,
Cannot find KeycodeV2.dll, or invalid keycode
and 
Non negative number required.Parameter name: count

Note: This works with out issiues with Office-2000, but not with Office02003,
