In the Database menu, there should be an option to View/Edit the SQL.  One word of warning:  If you ever upgrade to a newer version of Crystal, you'll have to completely rewrite any reports where you've modified the SQL - in versions 9 and above, you have the possibility of either using tables or entering the entire SQL statement as a command - there is no option to edit the SQL that Crystal creates.
