I want to show MS Word (.doc) file in crystal report header from VISUAL BASIC 6.0. Ill pass the doc file path in runtime (from VB 6.0 code) for selected voucher/Invoice. In header part i want to show ms word file containg matter (1 or more pages). In detail part of crystal report, data will come from master/detail table. Word file full path is stored in the master table file (DocFilePath nvarchar field). My requirement is that When user select the VoucherNo, related MS word doc file i want to show in preview of crystal report header. Other data will come from Master table and detail table. Any body have an idea. I know LoadPicture() function but its only for Picture files. I want to show .DOC file or PDF file. Waiting for early reply.
SOLVED: with ole object, works!!!, and show all pages when program is run. When is design time show only one page of word document, but it doesn't matter, dont worry, works!!!, tests this running program and shows report.
