You did what you needed to do for the settings. I'm thinking that the ODBC driver isn't exposing them to Crystal. Is it an older database? Do you have the latest ODBC drivers? Also, it's probably best to not use OLE DB in this circumstance.

Unfortunately, I'm a SQL Server guy and don't know compatibility issues with other databases. But problems like this are typically related to functionality within the database driver. So I would check for version updates or new drivers if possible. Also, I do know that people who use OLE DB often have their problems resolved when switching to the ODBC driver.
