Hi all,

I have an application running on .NET 1.1 using Cristal 9.1.5000 the application is running fine on the windows 2000 server but I have to migrate it on the new windows 2008 R2 box.

I have moved this application to a new windows 2008 R2 server and installed the required component. Everything is running fine except the crystal report.

When I try to generate a report from the site I receive this error:

Error in File G:\CRYSTA~1\Temp\temp_debd2caf-a3bb-4663-b272-a5dbb0bc3d1c.rpt: Access to report file denied. Another program may be using it.

I have changed the Temp location to another drive by changing the TMP environment variable.

Rights on the folder:

Everyone                             Full control

IIS_IUSR                               Full control

ASPNET                                Full control

IIS_WPG                              Full control

IUSR                                      Full control

Network Services            Full control

I have tried identity impersonate  set false or simply remove it from the web.config or comment it still the same error.

I have done an issreset each time I have modified any config item, reinstalled crystal, reboot the server, disabled the UAC, etc.

I’m just running out of idea.

Cheers,

Menda

we couldn't run Crystal XI on Windows 7 and above...we upgraded to Crystal 2008 and solved the issue.
